Hi, I’m Luchie.
A few years ago, I made the decision to slow everything down — to stop chasing a version of life that looked good on paper but didn’t actually feel good to live. That decision brought me to regional Australia, and right now, that means Mildura: sunrises over the Murray River, quiet mornings, and a lot of figuring things out as I go.
This blog is where I document that, the good mornings and the messy ones, the local discoveries, the small towns most people drive straight past, and everything I’m learning about building a softer, slower life from scratch.
You’ll usually find me somewhere between a coffee, a half-finished journal entry, and Vella (my cat, and unofficial co-pilot on this whole journey) asleep in the one sunny spot of the house.
